Terms of Service

Velmora AI builds custom artificial intelligence tools configured around your business information, workflows, and customer experience. Our service is delivered entirely through an asynchronous, email-based process. No calls, meetings, or calendar bookings are required at any stage.

Before any payment, Velmora provides a private, tailored demonstration of the proposed AI solution. This demonstration is provided for review purposes only. It is not a final deliverable and does not constitute a purchase. You may approve the demonstration, request changes, or decline to proceed with no obligation.

Once you approve the demonstration, Velmora confirms the final project scope and the one-time price. Projects start from £450. Final pricing depends on the agreed scope, tools, and configuration required for your business. The agreed price is confirmed before payment is requested.

Payment is a one-time purchase processed through our third-party payment provider. We do not collect or store your card details. A project is only marked as paid after verified confirmation from the payment provider's official API. We do not accept manual transfers, unverified payment claims, or cryptocurrency. Once payment is verified, your completed AI Toolbox is unlocked.

Your completed AI Toolbox includes only the tools and configuration explicitly agreed in your approved project scope. This typically covers the custom build, configuration around your business information, testing, and delivery of the agreed solution.

Unless separately agreed in writing, the following are not included with your one-time purchase:

• Ongoing maintenance, updates, or support beyond delivery
• Future modifications, additions, or new features
• Third-party service costs (hosting, API usage, platform fees, or subscriptions)
• Training, onboarding, or documentation beyond what is agreed

Velmora's current offer is a one-time project purchase. There is no required ongoing Velmora service commitment, subscription, or recurring fee. Any third-party services your AI Toolbox relies on may carry their own separate costs, which are your responsibility.

After verified payment, you receive access to your completed AI Toolbox through your private client portal. You are responsible for keeping your access information and portal link secure. Velmora is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Because each project involves custom work built and reviewed before payment, all payments are final once the completed AI Toolbox has been unlocked and delivered. If you encounter an issue with your delivered solution, contact Velmora by email and we will work to resolve it.

Upon completed payment and delivery, you receive the right to use the custom AI tools built for your business. Velmora retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and frameworks developed in the course of your project that are not specific to your business.

Velmora's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any issues arising from third-party services, platforms, or APIs that your AI Toolbox relies on.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
